Vehicle Insurance
You are responsible for excess not exceeding the following amounts:
- Compact cars: RM 1,500
- Sedan cars: RM 2,000
- MPV: RM 2,500
- Larger cars: RM 3,000
You can waive the excess by purchasing Excess Protection:
- Compact: RM 30/day
- Sedan: RM 50/day
- MPV: RM 60/day
- 4×4, Van, Luxury: RM 80/day
Estimation of repair cost:
- Broken Lights: RM 200 – RM 2,000
- Per Dent: RM 100 – RM 1,500
- Per Scratch: RM 100 – RM 500
- Per Tyre: RM 150 – RM 600
Repair cost varies depending on the car type and model.
The Excess Protection for accident or damage is only applicable for collisions between two moving cars. Any damage while the vehicle is stationary will be under the hirer’s responsibility and subject to the excess clause mentioned above. Excess protection does not apply for damage as a result of illegal, negligent, or careless actions, car loss, tyre punctures, burst tyres, fuel errors, lack of electricity due to forgotten electrical devices, loss or damage to vehicle accessories, and damages to windows, mirrors, and undercarriage.
If the accident or damage to the vehicle is caused by a third-party vehicle, the hirer is responsible for obtaining all third-party details such as vehicle registration number, driver’s name, and driving license number. If the claims cannot be made against third-party insurance, all damage will be borne by the hirer subject to the excess clause mentioned above.

Fuel Policy
Car Rental rate display on our catalog not including fuel (self fill up) and raturn with same lavel when take a car. Not all car come with full tank.
If the hirer accidentally fills the vehicle with the wrong fuel. The hirer is responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause not exceeding the table below (one-time payment):

Distance Limitation
The driving area is within Kuching Sarawak town. Driving over the Kuching Sarawak area will be charged respectively as below area lists and subject to company permission.

- Betong/Engkilili –RM 200
- Pusak / Saratok / Roban – RM 250
- Sarikei/Sibu – RM 300
- Mukah/Bintulu/Miri – RM 600
*Unlimited mileage in Kuching town , Kota Samarahan, Bau, Lundu,Sematan, Serian (until serian town only)* Driving in this area is NO additional charges
Midnight Delivery Charges
Additional charge for midnight delivery – RM 50/delivery (10pm – 8am)
Delivery Surcharges
We free delivery & drop off at Kuching Airport / Kuching Sentral (bus station). Pick up / drop off will be charges for other locations, rate from RM 15 – 50/way. Delivery charges may vary by location and/or based on real-time traffic conditions.
Refundable Security Deposit
- Compact car – RM 200
- Sedan – RM 200 – RM 1,000
- MPV, SUV, 4×4, Van – RM 200 – RM 100
Refund of Security Deposit will be make upon car return in good condition and clean or after deducting any charges, penalty, police summon and etc.
Travel and Rental Rates and Regulation
- NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
- Obey the driving law
- No Smoking
- No Durians (except packed)
- No parking at restricted areas
- No spills
- Eat or drink with care
- No pets allowed in the vehicle
- Keep personal items at your own risk.
Car Rental Usage Time
- Calculation of rental rates is 24 hours based.
- Additional hours will be calculated upon booking of the daily rate per hour up to a maximum of 5 hours, 6 hour above consider full day.
- Rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice upon booking.
- There is no rebate or refund rental fee for early return.
Height Cautious
- High roof vehicles are not allowed to park in building such as shopping malls, hotels, condos, apartments and etcetera.
- If found high roof damaged, you will be charged RM 3,000 (1 time payment).
Cancellation and Booking Changes
If you choose to cancel your booking after confirmed, please be aware that your 20% booking fee will be forfeited. This policy is in place to ensure the availability of our car rental services for all our valued customers. However, we recognize that circumstances may require changes to your booking date and time. To accommodate your changing needs, we allow our customers to modify their booking by contacting us via call or WhatsApp. This way, we aim to provide you with the best possible experience while working together in a cooperative manner. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our refund and returns policy. Reservation Amendments , Cancellation and Rejection Disclaimer
- We reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings. We assume no responsibility for rejecting your car booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If you decide to cancel your reservation, your booking fee will be forfeited.
Parking Fee/ Police Summon
- The hirer are responsible for all parking fees or Traffic/JPJ/DBKK fines/compound incurred during the rental period.
- No Speeding (speeding in Kuching town area 70km/h , Kuching highway 90km/h.)
